Product: HP Deskjet F4580 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am at the end of my rope! Help! My Deskjet F4580 has been working flawlessly for several years. recently we had to replace our Verizon router.. since then, the printer refuses to connect to my wifi.. I altered the new router to have the same SSID and Security password as the old.. I have tried EVERYTHING! Diagnostics gives me an error:
"Your wireless router requires a WPA security passphrase. The passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match exactly. Run the wireless setup to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase." How the heck do I do that? My HP CD does not have an Install option.. only Exit.
