I wasn't able to connect my printer to a wireless network. I don't have a router with a WPS button so I cannot connect my printer with that method. I printed a Configuration report and the information on there isn't correct. I need to do a factory reset. I read the instructions on the manual and they weren't helpful. I would like to do a NVRAM reset. Please provide me with the details on how to do so, thank you.

Hi @yaelpinto,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to connect the printer to the network and would like to reset the printer
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
