Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have lost our password login credentials to our network printer and cannot resolve a network connection issue. I would like to factory reset the printer. Does anyone here no the factory reset process if you cannot access EWS.

Since you are unable to access the EWs page and this printer does not have a touchscreen, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for further assistance

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
