Issue started with trying to connect to new eero network; can't connect via wi-fi. Suggestion from eero is to "reset" the network settings on printer - which I don't think it going to work, but I can't find the info for resetting to "true" factory default. Already tried the "Restore Defaults" from the menu on printer. Am I really going to have to get a new printer to support WPA2/TKIP?? This printer isn't used that often (total pages printed = 1117 in 5+ years). I have also attempted a direct connection to a switch - using convertor from the printer cable, to USB connection. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Looking4answrs, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
