Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
Hi changed modems and have tried all options given though the HP app and what I could find online. Can someone please tell me how to reset printer to factory settings so I can add it to my new network?

I understand that you would like to perform the factory reset.

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
