Hi @Rich1607 

 

Please try these steps

 

  1. Open your computer's Control Panel.
  2. Open Hardware and Sound.
  3. Open Devices and Printers.
  4. Right-click on Printer and select Properties.
  5. If three tabs pop up, find your IP address in the Web Services tab.
  6. If five tabs pop up, find your IP address in the Ports tab.
