This is quite disappointing to get a mail that I should get in contact with customer hotline after so many replies. Unforutnately, all the answers I received so far could have been provided by a bot either. None of them helpt at all. Quite disappointing HP!

Sorry Jay_G24, but as you can read in the title my problem was that I couldn't update the firmware. And if you tell me I should update the firmware as a solution, this shows the extreme poor quality of the feedback. It shows that you are acting like bots which copy/paste answers although it is not helping at all, while the customer has the effort to explain you again and again, that those solutions are not helpful, but just a waste of time. I really regret that I have tried to explain you my problem although it was described quite clear, because I thought in the end I could get real help.
