I have researched this problem and saw a reply to go to settings, printer maintenance, then click restore settings.  However that button is Greyed out and does not allow me to to restore settings to default.

Hello Howks_Eye, I just moved into my new home and trying to connect to my new wifi and my keyboard control panel is locked on my HP OfficeJet 9012 with serial number TH0CN880T6.  How do I reset my printer back to factory?

 

I only have the password but not the user id so I cant unlock the screen
