i did forget the EWS password  for HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One Printer

i didn't find anything over the internet to reset the EWS password to factory setting

your help is highly appreciated

Let us try these steps:

  • Power on the printer, wait until the printer display comes on.
  • Hold the power button and the cancel button together for 5 seconds.
  • Release the cancel button first, and then release the power button.
  • The printer will print a status report.
