Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not reset my admin password. I don’t even know where to find a place to do that. I have changed routers and can not connect the new router with the printer. The printer asks for a PIN to “sign in” but I have no idea what the PIN is. Please help

Hello,

 

Hop you are well, probably in the past there was a pin code set up for security in the printer, in case that you dont know the passcode, the only way to remove it , is to perform a factory reset, go to set up > general > factory reset. 

If issue persists after factory reset , please give a call to support or take the printer to an authorized service provider.
