Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 that use to connect to my network HP 3830 network printer. Now all of sudden all of my other devices connect to my network printer but m mobile doesn't. The printer is listed on the Wi-Fi network menu as without internet. Error that comes up when I try to print is:   this printer isn't available right now.
