Hi @Seapena,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Tango X Printer offline issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure the printer is turned on and has power. Confirm that the power cable is securely connected.

Check Network Connection:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can do this by checking the wireless light or icon on the printer.
  • If the printer is not connected to Wi-Fi, run the Wireless Network Test Report using the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

Restart Devices:

  • Power off your printer, computer, and router.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds and then turn them back on. This can help refresh the connections.

Reset Network Settings on the Printer:

  • To reset the network settings, hold down the Wireless button on your printer until the blue light starts blinking. This places the printer in setup mode.

Reconfigure Printer on Network:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.
  • Follow the prompts to add a new printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

Set the Printer as Default:

  • On your computer, make sure the HP Tango X is set as the default printer. Go to "Devices and Printers" in the Control Panel, right-click your printer, and select "Set as Default Printer."

Check Printer Queue:

  • Clear any pending jobs in the printer queue and make sure it is not paused or set to offline mode manually.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the HP support website to check for any updates or reinstall the printer drivers for the HP Tango X.

I hope this helps.
