Hi @ReginaAnnCP,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you might need to reconnect your HP 4100 printer to your new wireless network. Here are some steps you can try:

Check Printer Connection: Make sure your printer is powered on and that there are no error lights or messages indicating connectivity issues.

Reset Network Settings: If your printer has a touchscreen or a display panel, navigate to the network settings and perform a factory reset to clear out any old network configurations. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

Connect to Wi-Fi Network: Using the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless setup menu and select your new Wi-Fi network. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

Software Installation: Ensure that the printer software is installed on your computer. If not, you may need to download and install the latest drivers and software from the HP website that are compatible with your new router and modem.

Reinstall Printer: On your computer, remove the old printer and add the printer again using the new network settings. Make sure to select the correct printer model and follow any prompts to complete the installation.

Firewall and Security Settings: Check your router's firewall and security settings to ensure that they are not blocking communication between your devices and the printer. You may need to adjust firewall settings to allow communication with the printer.

Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your printer, computer, and router can resolve connectivity issues. Try powering off all devices, waiting a few minutes, and then powering them back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
