Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

 HARD reset of HP Office Jet Pro 8028. As the printer is booting up press the back arrow icon 4 times in a row until the support menu comes up. Choose FULL RESET if it is there. I did not see this so I chose PARTICLE RESET. follow any instructions from there. WORKED FOR ME!
