HO Envy 5032 stopped printing from IPhone

Hi, 

I’ve successfully printed one document from my IPhone today, but it has stopped printing (have been using the printer with my phone successfully before today).
Have checked WiFi etc and all okay. Picks up the printer when I select the print option. Have printed the wireless test which says, “‘more than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID). 
Now I’m stuck and nothing I’ve googled seems to work / answer what I need to do. 

Any help would be much appreciated (I’m not very techy!)

I have the same problem.  I could print from email, copy, scan to computer, but now can only print from email.

I cannot copy or scan anything and whenever I try it uses masses of ink printing horizontal coloured blocks/lines

also when exploring as to the problem it comes up another user is using my printer on another network.  My computer and printer is at my home
