Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HI , the printer is no longer connecting to WiFi and continues to show disconnected. I am also unable to update the firm ware form current 82.01.12 as i am unable to login to the IP address, as the username is 'admin' but password is not available , manual refers to a blank password. can someone advise how to 1) Fix the disconnected issue and if its related to firmware upgrade, then how does one access the admin panel.
