@scarsguard, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I get the frustration—especially when Instant Ink leaves you hanging. 😤 No black ink, no info page, and now the Wi-Fi password is playing hide-and-seek. Let's get your printer back online without needing to print anything!

Reset the Printer’s Network Settings and Reconnect

If you just want to start fresh:
Reset the printer’s network settings:

On most HP printers, hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons together for 5-10 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks.
Reconnect it to the new Wi-Fi network using HP Smart on a phone or PC.
The password should now match your home Wi-Fi, so no need for the old one.

Many HP printers will still print in color if black is out.

Try printing the info page anyway—some models will just skip the black parts.

I hope this helps.
