I recently changed my Internet Service Provider. Since then I have not been able to print anything on my printer wirelessly. I have tried using the HP Smart app from my iPhone as well as a windows laptop. The setup starts up fine but fails on the final (4th step).
Basically my printer is not showing my desired wifi network in its list of available networks, even though it shows me other available networks in the area.
My new router is dual band ie 5g and 2.4g, so sometimes it will show the 5g network (even though HP doesn't support printing over 5g) but its not showing my 2.4 G network.
Btw I am able to print just fine by physically connecting via USB but not over wifi.
Pls help.

Hi @mkothari,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with connecting your HP 3630 Deskjet all-in-one Printer to your wi-fi network after changing the network.
Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.
Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.
Note: This printer only supports 2.4 GHz band. Hence you need to change the band on your dual band router to 2.4 GHz.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
