My printer cannot find the Network name SSID. Ive spent the afternoon trying to fix it thru HP smart on my Android phone and tablet. Ive reset the printer. Ive printed out wireless network test results, printer information pages, wireless quick start guides. I downloaded the HP Print Service plugin. Thec virtual agent sent me to the HP Print and Scan Doctor, but apparently that doesnt work with Android, just Windows or Mac. I tried opening an .exe file, but again Android couldnt run the file. Everything on HP is just sending me running in circles. I know what the root problem is, but I cant find any way to fix it. Help.

Hi @Shay80,
I'd like to help!
To assist better-
- Are you trying to connect the printer to a home or public network?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on a 2.4 GHz network or a 5 GHz network band?
Keep me posted.
