Product: HP ENVY 4524 All-in-One Printer
printer fine a few days ago, now has power but only have a blank screen (Have done all the turning on/off etc bits but no change) even if I open it to where the cartridges are, it doesn't reset or move at all. In fact only way to turn it off is at the wall. HP print and scan doctor can find it but cannot communicate. Tried another download but that couldn't even find the printer.
is it beyond help? can try removing it but suspect that I won't be able to reinstall it if the programme can't communicate with it. The fault appears to be with the printer itself but without any communication I can't see what I can do. fingers crossed that someone can help
