Product: HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer

HP 4635 only picks up the 2.4 ghz not the 5.0 Wifi.  Is this printer incapable of connecting to the 5.0?  I reset the 2.4 Wifi for a friend and haven't been able to connect since.  Uninstalled & re-installed, reset printer, etc, etc.

Hi,

The preterit supports a 2.4GHz wireless band only, it does not support connecting to a 5GHz band.
