Product: HP Photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After last update of fritz.box router by AVM to newest OS. The new WLAN Option is WPA 2 and/or WPA 3. Surprisingly my HP5515 covers the change without problems, but HP5520 rejects from the network and reports "not connected" until i switch the router back to WPA1 and/or WPA 2 Option even though the printer network setup lists the WPA2 standard active, when connected,,,!?

Any other guys having problems with new WPA3 standard? - Its a pity not beeing able using the new security gimmick for all the other participants !

@Quax, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I'm sorry. This printer does not support WPA3 encryption. It has to be WPA/WPA2.
