Hello there.
I've a 5 month old HP 6120e, it shows a solid blue light, and yet it tells me that there's no internet connection available. The cartridges have been changed but do not sync on my Smart App, and I had no issue printing prior to several days ago. Same router.
Nothing can print (not even reports from the printer display), I've unplugged both the router and printer for 60 seconds, etc., but I'm still getting the same problems after factory resets and setting up the internet connection anew.
If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.

Hello @Mark19841, Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP envy 6120e printer.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.
To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?
Restore the network settings on your printer
● From your PC/mobile phone, go to Wi-Fi settings and under the list of available networks, select the name of the printer.
● If it prompts for a password, print the information page
Try the wi-fi direct passcode/password from that information page.
The PC/mobile phone gets connected to the printer.
● Now open google chrome/safari browser and on the address, bar type the IP address of the printer if shown on the printer and search.
NOTE: If the web browser displays a message indicating that accessing the website might not be safe, select the option to continue to the website. Accessing this website will not harm the computer/mobile device
● If it gives you a warning then click on "Show details" and then on "visit this website".
● A page opens up which would have the details of the printer. It's called the EWS page.
● Go to the Network tab.
● On the left-hand side, click on Wireless (802.11)
● Select Wireless Set-Up Wizard.
● Select the Network name and type the password below.
● Follow the on-screen instruction and complete the set-up.
● If the printer gets successfully connected, you will see a solid blue light for the wireless on the printer.
● Re-connect the PC/mobile phone to your personal Wi-Fi network.
● Try printing.
Take care and have an amazing day!

Thank you so much, Meghana_10!
I tried accessing the EWS before posting, but it wouldn't load up on my browser when I overrode the warning. However, on trying today, I was able to access the menu and look around. The internet was connected correctly and I didn't see any issue.. except the date and time. This was way out, and when it was corrected, Instant Ink suddenly synced and I was able to print once again.
Thank you so very much for your reply and advice.
Sincerely,
Mark.
