HP 6950 printer is online and connected to local network, but the PC is not able to connect to it for printing or scanning. The PC and printer were working fine and suddenly this happened without any explanation

Hi @EKallai,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
Try the following and see if that works.
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Also, follow the steps from this document here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
