HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an OfficeJet 6978 and am trying to synch it to my laptop by WiFi-I've gotten the printer synched with my router and it's showing up on my laptop as a WiFi conneted device, but when I hit the connect field it asked for a PIN for the router label (usually 8 digits).  Can anyone tell me where do I find theis PIN?

Yes, it need router PIN or passphrase of your SSID to be able to connect. You can setup from computer and it will use existing SSID on computer to connect.

Some routers have PIN but some routers don't. For SSID passphrase you can logon to your router to find out.
