Hi, can someone please advise. I switched from Virgin UK to an altnet company, and now I can't connect wirelessly with HPsmart. It finds the printer in Wi-Fi setup mode but can't complete the installation. I can connect with a usb cable. I can also connect with the Embedded Web Server (EWS) with WI-Fi direct on or with WPS but when I turn off and on the printer at the end of the day, it goes offline again when it is switched back on.
