HP Recommended

HP 7155 Photo Printer will not boot up.  Screen symbol shows HP Logo with blue line below which progresses from left to right during boot process, but once the line proceeds across the full length, it goes no further.  The machine will not respond to the power button, and unplugging and repluging  also have no effect on the booting process.  Suggestions?  I can't get to wifi, haven't yet tried a hard wired connection, but don't believe it would work since the printer never gets to the point of being fullly booted anyhow.
