This printer is emitting a high pitched sound and has been submitted to HP for replacement under factory warranty as it was bought in December 2024.. They issued a service order on April 25 but it has not been shipped to date and the order shows in progress and shipment pending. I have contacted the HP service line about 9 times and they keep telling me they have expedited the matter but nothing happens.
Is this a common problem with replacement under warranty with HP Canada?
