Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I sent a reply to your private message. Just to be clear, instant ink is working, it is just the other web services like “scan to email” that are not working

Just wanted to make sure the account is not giving any error

 

Try and set up scan to email again, refer to -https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03862727( The product may be different, but the steps remain the same) 

 

And, also try and use a different browser to enable webservices.
