HP 8600 will not connect to T-mobile Home Internet.  I did switch the router from automatic to 2.4g only to see if that helps but it did not.  I have reset the printer to factory defaults and still cannot connect.  What say you?  Don't tell me its my firewall...that would have to do with my computer and not my printer connecting to the wifi.   If you don't have T-Mobile 5G Home or Verizon 5G Home then you probably don't have the correct answer.  Just saying.

I have the same issue with my 8630 and cannot find a solution.  I see that there have been no replies to your comment but I am wondering if you ever figured out the issue?  Please share with me if you did.  Thank you.

Sorry this will not be the answer/solution for most folks.  For me I am ditching my HP8600 for a Brother Laser Jet.  I have had non-stop connection issues with the 8600 over the last couple years and haven't been able to air print from my iPhone in a long time.  So giving up on HP all together and I have a very long memory so I am not likely to buy another HP printer for the rest of my life unless there just isn't any other printers available.

Good luck with yours...

So I was able to resolve my issue.  I had changed routers with T-Mobile and it would not connect to the new router.  In the T-mobile network app, click on the network tab.  Open the network and be sure the WPA Version is set to WPA/WPA2.  I also added a new network under the network tab of the T-mobile app.  It just gives a cleaner connection and I only connected the printer to that network.  I hope this helps.  Mine seems to be ok for the moment.  I love my HP Officejet and this is the first time I have had connection issues.  I think it was a T-mobile issue though.

Just signed up with T-Mobile last week.  Printer will not connect and T-Mobile was not very helpful so I came here.  Changing to WPA/WPA2 worked for me without any other issues (except phones complaining about weak security).  I believe I am gonig to follow your lead and add another network just for the printer to resolve that issue.  Thank you!
