HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep receiving a message on my printer when trying to connect to a new router.  The message reads "The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up your printer".  I tried to do a reset by unplugging the printer and following the step in an old thread, it did not work for me.  I'd like to be able to do a factory reset.
