Hi @fradybaby,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand that your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019 / Premier All-in-One Printer is no longer displaying Wi-Fi connectivity options, the Wi-Fi indicator light is off, and the Network Configuration Page shows the Network Status as Offline. We’re here to help resolve this issue.

1. Perform a Power Reset

This clears minor hardware faults:

  1. With the printer powered on, disconnect the power cord from the back.
  2. Unplug the cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall and then into the printer.
  5. Power the printer back on.

Check if the Wi-Fi icon and blue light return.

2. Restore Network Settings

  1. On the printer’s touchscreen, go to Settings > Network Settings
  2. Tap Restore Network Settings
  3. Confirm reset
  4. The printer will restart. After restarting, Wi-Fi should be re-enabled, and the blue wireless light should begin blinking.

This step re-enables wireless communication if the Wi-Fi module was disabled.

3. Check Wireless Button (if available)

Some models allow toggling Wi-Fi off manually. On the control panel:

  • Swipe down to open the Dashboard
  • Tap the Wireless icon
  • If Wi-Fi is off, select Turn On Wireless

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
