HP 9010 all-in-one used to work great.  Now it will copy, scan, print printer reports, but it will not print a document from Word, PDF, jpg....nothing.  No error number given for reason.  I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, updating drivers (it's updated).  HP Smart indicates no problems found.  Troubleshooting finds no problems.  Even the Print a Wireless Network Test Report, which is a png, will not print. HP Doctor whatever finds no problems.

For 5 days I have tried every online option possible that I could understand, and some that I didn't.  The HP 9010 still will not print.  I am now forced to purchase a new printer.  Shame on you, HP.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
