HP OfficeJet 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP OfficeJet 9015 of two years has stop communicating via bluetooth/wireless and I have tried everything.  Weirdly, the touchscreen display does not have a wireless settings or wireless wizard  within the menu at all, which seems to be where this issue needs to be resolved.  I have View Ethernet Details and then, General Settings.  Help.

This is what I have tried:

Restore Factory Settings

Restore Factory Defaults

Reinstalled Software

Turned the router and the printer off and on together and apart numerous times

went through the entire HP Scan and Print Doctor tutorial

Hi @jentx,

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. How is your printer connected to wireless or ethernet?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  4. What is the error you receive when you try and print?

Let me know!
