I am not looking for an answer, I found the solution to my problem and thought this might help others. For months, actually since this printer was purchased, the printer would not print several times a day and I would get "Printer Offline" or "Printer Cannot Be Found" type error messages. I was on HP chat line at least 3 times for what seemed like hours, allowed remote access, requested a higher level of tech support etc etc and still never got a permanent fix. The proposed solution would only work until later in the day or the next day, same errors again. I tried everything I could think of. Problem got so annoying that I returned the printer and got a replacement. Same problems. On a hunch, I connected my Win 11 computer to the HP9125, (both network devices and confirmed to be on the same network) printer via a USB cable. Made no other changes and BAM!, it worked and never had a problem since. Hope this helps someone.

Hi @cteixpl ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thanks for sharing your solution! It's great to hear that connecting your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e to your Windows 11 computer via USB resolved the issue. It’s definitely helpful for others who might be facing similar problems, especially if they’ve already tried other troubleshooting steps without success. Sometimes, even when everything seems right on the network, a direct connection can bypass those intermittent issues. Hopefully, this will help someone else who is struggling with the same error messages!
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
