Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have trouble connecting the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e to a wifi network, please try a factory default in the printer first and try to check and let me know
Complete the following steps to restore settings.
1. On the control panel Home screen, touch Menu.
2. Scroll to Utilities and touch Tools.
3. Touch Maintenance, and then touch Restore Settings.
4. Select the feature and change the desired settings.
5. Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wifi Router & Printer --> install it back and check

Thank you very much! I appreciate your response and the work you do in this community to help! I tried many things, resetting pretty much everything, and ultimately wound up uninstalling all H0 drivers and reinstalling this one. I have three sets of HP printer drivers on my computer and something just wasn't working, so I gave it a fresh start and that worked.
