HP ENVY 4250
Chrome OS

Our HP ENVY 4250 was printing via Wifi from all devices.  Recently, it has stopped printing from both HP Chromebooks.

It is able to print from iPhone and from Microsoft Surface Pro, so I am thinking that the issue is with some interface between the HP Chromebooks and the HP ENVY 4250 printer.  I have tried adding the printer manually and I keep getting "unable to connect" messages.  HP ENVY 4250 will print if HP Chromebook is connected via USB cable, but it's 2020, and I would like to print via Wifi.

Thanks for your help.

@SuziR

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print wirelessly from your Chromebook.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Is the printer and the Chromebook connected to the same network?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
