Before we moved, I struggled to get this printer on the wi-fi. It's not touchscreen and there's no way to control the process from the printer other than wi-fi protected setup and that never worked. I finally taped a wire to the floor and hard wired it. I moved my office and have a new router and for the life of me I cannot get this thing to connect to wifi...again. The report still shows our old wifi network name and I can't get it to let me set it up again from the HP app (it just jumps to the old network and won't let me set up a new network) and it refuses to allow the wifi protected setup. I've gone through the process a dozen times with no luck. I NEED to get some work done today and am having to ask people to print things for me - super annoying.

@FlowerMom, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to connect the printer to the network.

Let us restore the printer settings to defaults.

Refer to page 91 of the User guide.

Once done, use the WPS method to connect the printer.

You may refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
