hi,
we take two Hp Color Laser MFP 179fnw
I try print out with wifi or ethernet or wifi direct but in all unexpected text prints problem sometimes.
I use macbook and MacOs Monterey 12.1
Hp support to take product for service but I think software problem.

- 1) Does the copy print out the same way?
- 2) What's the application you are trying to print from?
- 3) Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
- 4) Is your printer connected to the active network?

hi,
1. Copy print out no problem.
2. application name Hp Smart
3. I tried different device but the problem continues, different application not tried because Hp smart for macos
4. Printer connected the active network. I tried wifi, wifi direct and wired connection. 😞
