Color LaserJet CP1518ni
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues with the alignment of colors as outlined in other post on the forum. The fix is to upgrade the firmware if out of date.  I have downloaded the latest update, and attempted to upgrade using both WIndows 7 and Windows 10 machines, via Ethernet and USB.

I have attempted to install the new firmware multiple times. The installer sees the printer and it is online as I print a test page from windows however it does not print a test page from the installer. The install which takes about 5 minutes and concludes with a smiley face. Then I go and run the configuration page again and it still has old firmware. The printer shows no activity as if it is updating all.

Can you please assist - Current firmware is at: 20120110

Forget about firmware updating if you've done it without success.

Try to do Restore Default from front panel and run calibration three times if it's not work then perform NVRAM and following  calibrating three times.

If it still doesn't work then you may need to replace some toner cartridges and try the least toner left's one first.
