Product: HP Color LaserJet CP3525dn 30
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is connected by LAN-cable to a router.
There seems to be nothing wrong with the router or the LAN-cable. I connected a different printer to the same cable and it worked fine.
I tried to turn off and on the printer but there was no change.
The led lamps at the cable are off.
What can i do to fix this.

HP Recommended

Buy HP Jetdirect 625N card install in the printer that is the cheapest fix.
