ASUS ZenBook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not been able to print from my M477fdw for a couple days now. I have run every diagnostic tool several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software from HP. I have rebooted my router. The printer and laptop have been rebooted multiple times. Everything shows the printer is working. I can get to the printer's web page. I can ping it.  I can print internal test pages, and I can print reports from the printer. I can also print when the cable is connected (not practical for me). The printer works - it just won't print from my laptop. Items show in the printer queue but never print. Last HP contact told me to reboot my router and contact my internet provider. Pretty certain this isn't an AT&T issue since I've been able to print all along. Nothing has changed. Last Windows update was 9/13, and I've been able to print since then. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any change.

Thank you, but I have done this more than once over the past couple days. No change. It will sometimes show that everything is fine. Sometimes it shows it's fixed the print queue. Regardless, it will not print.

Have you tried it using the link included in my post? There are two different HP Print and Scan Doctor versions for different purposes, be sure to try the 5.0.7 version included in my post.

Could you please clarify your intention? did it fix the problem or is the problem remains?

Cheers,
