Having some major issues getting pdf's to print along with other docs we print from websites. There are four of us in a small office; we all have MAC computers using the Sequoia OS. We subscribe to the Adobe Pro software. The printer is up to date and the MACs have no pending updates. Adobe has no pending updates. When trying to print a pdf doc a variety of issues will happen: the printer icon pops up but does not put a print in queue. If I open that pdf in preview, it may or may not print. This is intermittent. Sometimes I have to convert the pdf to a Word doc and it will print. Today, it won't print. This morning I had trouble printing docs from my banking website. These are website pages. I received   ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: image STACK: -dictionary-   on the print out. I've never had this problem before.

We all have new MACs running off of the Sequoia OS. Is this printer obsolete? I purchased it from Amazon April 2021 and it has been working great up until now. If I choose my personal computer at my desk, I have no issues printing anything but that is not ideal since it can't take the capacity of our required printing and of course the color isn't as good. My personal computer is an HP Envy. Has anyone else had these issues?
