sorry, I think I don't understand the forum system used here...
I have the same problem like MFP 3302 keeps losing connection but don't manage to post anything there allthough a text field with a send button was given.

first:

"other operating system" is wrong but I couldn't find the right choice, it should be "Operating System-independent"

I have the same problem but not that users possibility to use LAN (cable), so what can I do? We had many WLAN printers, all of them at the same position, all of them worked, all the years the router at the same position (behind a wooden wall, 5m away from printer). But the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3302 worked for only about one month, after that only printer functions were left (whenever trying to scan, the Win laptop said "printer not found", but if printing, everything was ok). About 2 months later the printer wasn't found at all, I made a factory RESET both on router and printer, but that helped only for 1 or 2 days, then the printer lost the WLAN settings again. I went into the printers network menu, then it worked for one print, next day the printer lost the settings again.
Over all the years WLAN printers exist I never had that crazy type of problems, not at offices, not at relatives or friends, what can I do please?

The router offers 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one name, can I tell the printer to use only one of them? (but all the other printers didn't have any problems with that!)

thanks

Hi @menmic

Yes, you can, preferably leave it configured for the 2.4 GHz network.

Best regards
