Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I have an HP Envy Photo 7120 printer that works fine, but on the HP Connected website it reads that they are unable to connect to printer.

It was last synced on January 20, 2022, at 8:40pm.

I'm worried that I won't get ink when I need it. I've received ink cartridges in the last few months, so it won't be any time soon, but want to get this fixed.

Thanks!

Brent

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes. 5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

NOTE: When you reset the printer network settings, previously configured wireless and Ethernet settings (such as the link speed or IP address) are removed. The IP address is set back to the Automatic mode.

TIP: You can visit the HP online support website at www.hp.com/support for information and utilities that can help you correct many common printer problems. (Windows) Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and automatically fix printing, scanning, and copying issues. The application is only available in some languages.

@Vegasbrent

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

Let's remove and add web services:

To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services.

To set up Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Web Services Setup . 3. Touch Yes to accept the Web Services terms of setup. 4. The printer will automatically check updates and set up Web Services. 5. Touch OK when you see Web Services have been set up successfully. 6. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page, and shows Web Services Summary on the screen.

Let me know if this helps.

I tried that a few times without success.

On the printed report page it reads the Test Server accessible is a FAIL.

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

That worked! Thank you so much! It's been a frustrating month or 2 trying to figure out what was wrong.

I'm so relieved.

Thanks again!

I have tried all of the options you suggested here.  Wireless network test results are all good.  connected.  Network configuration report looks to be all good.

Once I disconnected web services I now get a message that states: Web services could not be enabled.  It goes on to state that HP Instant Ink will not work.

What do I do next?
