HP DJ 2700 series suddenly printing partially blank pages. I’ve checked ink cartridges (which are HP and brand new) and they are full. I’ve unplugged the printer several times to try and reset it but that didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hi @MacG04,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that your printer printing partially. I am glad to assist you!

To assist better-

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

Open HP Smart and select your printer.

Click Printer Reports, or click Tools and then click Printer Reports.

The list of reports is displayed.

Select Print Quality Report.

The printer prints the Print Quality Diagnostic page.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
