Hi.
I changed a black cartridge that I received from Instant Ink and after it, I began to experiment with some issues with the connectivity of my printer. At some point, I was just able to print with direct-wifi but now it is not printing at all and just the icon of the envelope and an ink drop is blinking. It says that this error is due to no connection to the Instant Ink service. Also my wifi icon is something ok and sometimes with a warning sign.
I reset the WIFI, and the WIFI configuration several times with my HP Smart Software in windows 10 but after configuring it says always offline. Also, the wifi-direct option is not working, it prints the code but enters the code in the PC, it just gives a timeout.
I don't know what to do. I was thinking to unsubscribe from Instant Ink to be able to print offline and use the 2 new cartridges I have but that won't work either since it is not able to connect to the service and realize I have just canceled it.
Any suggestion?
