AT&T WiFi Home Network - 2.4 and 5Ghz .
HPSmart on any device (tried iOS, Android, and MacOS) can find and connect to the printer, but the printer fails to setup connection to WiFi. Error code -5.
Accessed the printers EWS page via USB connection to printer from Mac , and tried to setup connection under Networking, but the WiFi network is not shown, It shows many other networks nearby.
I have reset the printer (pull plug while one, etc) and reset the networking (press WiFI and Cancel) multiple times. I even disabled 5GHz network on router since it has the same name as 2.4Ghz.
Suggestions on how to proceed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'. Bonjour locates devices such as printers, other computers, and the services that those devices offer on a local network using multicast Domain Name System (mDNS) service records. The software comes built-in with Apple's macOS and iOS operating systems.
