I now own 4 HP DeskJet 3512 printers. I use to only have 2 but I made the mistake of letting HP update one of the printers and as a result can no longer connect to the ePrint service! I gave HP the benefit of the doubt and bought another one, and then another one. Each one once connected automatically downloads an update and as a result each one will not connect to ePrint service. I have ONE that I will NOT update in any way and it is connected wireless, USB and ePrint. I have been at this for the past month now and read every thread, topic, etc. Gone through every step I have read. The one step nobody seems to know is how to get these printers back to "FACTORY NEW" settings with NO updates. In other words erase all the updates and get it set to factory specs totally! I have tried with 3 operating systems as well: Win XP, 7 and 10. I almost hate to submit to buying a new printer due to HP's neglect.
