Hi @DALE118,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The blinking white light on your HP DeskJet 3700 web service indicates that there may be an issue with the printer. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.
- Check the ink levels: If the ink cartridges are low or empty, the printer may not be able to print. Check the ink levels and replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
- Restart the printer: Sometimes restarting the printer can help resolve issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on again.
- Check for paper jams: If there is a paper jam in the printer, it may not be able to print. Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams. If you find a jammed paper, carefully remove it.
- Reset the printer: Sometimes resetting the printer can help resolve issues. Press and hold the Power button on the printer for 10 seconds until the printer turns off. Then release the button and turn the printer back on.
- Check the wireless connection: If you are using the printer wirelessly, make sure that the printer and the device you are printing from are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If the connection is weak, try moving the printer closer to the router.
- If none of these steps work, there may be a hardware issue with the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
